When you wish you could leave a client review – January 2021

Susan in Florida, contacted me to purchase one of my Jersey cow photographs just 4 days before Christmas. Even in a ‘normal’ year post could not have reached her in time, and with the additional delays of CV19 affecting both UK and USA, I couldn’t give her any idea when it would arrive. When I contacted her to discuss, she was relaxed about the issue, and asked me to ship directly to her teenage granddaughter elsewhere in the USA, saying she had let her know that it would arrive after Christmas.

I printed and mounted the photograph for her and shipped as soon as possible, and given the special circumstances, upgraded to tracked shipping, including a suitable gift card from my Jersey cow notecard collection…

Not only did Susan email me as soon as the package was received by her granddaughter, she also sent a picture from the thank you she received, and posted a lovely review. The review is posted on Etsy, (depending when you read this, you may have to scroll to find it), but anyway, here is the screen grab:

Always chuffed when a client takes the trouble to email letting me know an order has arrived – and even more so when they prove to be delighted with the purchase. In this case, it was a Spitfire print, an air-to-air capture. Thanks to RS of Halifax for such kind words!
